Meeting Rooms

These facilities are provided free of charge as a community service to our patrons with the exceptions as stated in this policy.

Please take the time to read over the policies and information on this page before completing a meeting room application.

Rooms are available during library hours. Meeting rooms are not available on Sundays or regular holidays.

Meeting Room/Annex Policy

  • The meeting room has a capacity of twenty-five (25) people.

  • The meeting rooms are to be used strictly by not-for-profit groups.

  • Reservations must be made by an adult who represents the organization reserving the room. To insure availability, the room should be booked two (2) weeks in advance.

  • In addition to handling room reservations, the contact person is responsible for reporting attendance and maintaining an open line of communication between the library and the organization.

  • If the kitchen is to be used, all food should be prepared offsite. A stove, microwave, and refrigerator, along with coffee makers, table service, and desert trays with cups, are available.

  • A screen, projector, laptop, and Internet connection are available to use onsite.

  • Library staff will arrange the room according to the needs of the group. Users are responsible for leaving rooms and the kitchen in a neat and orderly condition.

  • Cancellation of the meeting reservation is requested twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
